Abstract:
The fact is that, given the profound changes that have been occurring in the teaching systems and in the face of the renewal of knowledge and teaching methods typical of the current era marked by globalization and the knowledge revolution, the content outlines, as well as the teaching-learning strategies that in the past may have had some positive effect, today are practically outdated. For this reason, there is an interest through the present work to apply the methodological alternation of hermeneutics and heuristics, to diagnose and evaluate the current curriculum and the respective syllabus of FOTEM, in order to formulate a new proposal to replace the current curriculum of this preparation program for the higher professional level, in the light of a new pedagogical model called multilevel and multidimensional holistic educational model.

El caso es que, dado a los profundos cambios que viene ocurriendo en los sistemas de enseñanza y frente a la renovación de conocimientos y métodos de enseñanza propios de la actual época signada por la globalización y la revolución del conocimiento. Los esquemas de contenidos, así como las estrategias de enseñanza-aprendizaje que en épocas pasadas quizás tuvieron algún efecto positivo, hoy, prácticamente han quedado desfasados. Por esta razón, existe un interés a través del presente trabajo de aplicar la alternancia metodológica de la hermenéutica y la heurística, para diagnosticar y evaluar el actual currículo y el plan de estudios respectivo de FOTEM, para a la luz de un modelo pedagógico novedoso denominado modelo educativo holístico multinivel y muldimensional, formular una nueva propuesta que reemplace el currículo vigente de este programa de preparación para el nivel superior profesional.
