Problemática de las bandas de música en las Instituciones Educativas de la ciudad de Huánuco - 2021

Abstract

El estudio realizado tuvo como objetivo determinar la problemática de las Bandas de Música en las Instituciones Educativas de la ciudad de Huánuco. Esta investigación responde al enfoque cuantitativo de diseño no experimental, de tipo descriptivo simple. Para dicho fin se encuestó a 11 docentes de bandas de música de las Instituciones Educativas Estatales y Particulares de la ciudad de Huánuco. El instrumento que se empleó fue un cuestionario de 33 preguntas que fueron validadas por tres expertos, obteniéndose entre sus conclusiones que la calidad del ambiente para el trabajo es el mayor problema de las bandas de música de las Instituciones Educativas Estatales y Particulares de la ciudad de Huánuco debido a que muchas veces los docentes de banda no cuentan con un aula exclusiva y bien implementada.

The objective of the study carried out was to determine the problem of the Music Bands in the Educational Institutions of the city of Huánuco. This research responds to the quantitative approach of non-experimental design, of a simple descriptive type. For this purpose, 11 teachers of music bands from the State and Private Educational Institutions of the city of Huánuco were surveyed. The instrument that was used was a questionnaire of 33 questions that were validated by three experts, obtaining among their conclusions that the quality of the work environment is the greatest problem of the music bands of the State and Private Educational Institutions of the city of Huánuco because band teachers often do not have an exclusive and well-implemented classroom.
