Taller de juegos rítmicos para el desarrollo de la Psicomotricidad en estudiantes del quinto grado de primaria de la Institución Educativa Héroes de Jactay, Huánuco-2016

Abstract

The purpose of this research work has been to determine the influence of the rhythmic games workshop for the development of psychomotricity in fifth grade students of the Héroes de Jactay Educational Institution, Huánuco-2016. The population consisted of 57 students and a sample consisting of 29 children was calculated, through a non-probabilistic sampling. The study design used in the research was pre-experimental with pretest and posttest applied to a single group. The application of the rhythmic games workshop was carried out in a period of two months, through 8 learning sessions, which in turn contained different motivating strategies to develop the psychomotor skills and at the same time getting the children to develop the motor skills and the sense of the rhythm. After carrying out the research and analyzing the results both at the proposal level and at the statistical level, it was demonstrated that the application of the Rhythmic Games Workshop efficiently developed the children's psychomotor skills (tcalculated = 25.4> tcritical = 2, 0 and P-value = 0.000 <0.05). Our research proved the importance of using rhythmic games, demonstrating that students managed to improve the psychomotor skills of students.
